The change merged into BCApps creates per diem lines in each traveler's new expense report. Its inclusion in the repository does not yet establish deployment to customer environments.
GitHub Enterprise Cloud includes Copilot access for eligible enterprises, without an included credit allowance. Availability depends on the purchasing channel, and metered usage is billed from the first use.
The change replaces mark-based deletion and adds tools to inspect and clean up residual records. Integration into the repository does not yet confirm availability in a shipped Business Central update.
Microsoft has announced bundles of Business Central Essentials or Premium with Microsoft 365 Copilot Business from January 1, 2027. Published prices are USD 95 and USD 125 per user per month; accessible experiences will depend on licensed apps and services.
Microsoft brings equipment rental management into Supply Chain Management, connected with Finance. The documentation provides a basis for examining the process; the Copilot Cowork scenario is presented as a demonstration.
Microsoft extends usage limits to additional Copilot Chat features for users without a Microsoft 365 Copilot license in commercial organizations. The notifications call for support preparation and a review of license requests, without turning every limit into a recommendation to buy.
The API supports reading and updating policies across enterprises, organizations, teams, and agent apps. Using it requires identifying who controls each decision and reviewing changes.
The instructions guide compatible coding assistants. Evaluating them requires checking installation scope, project dependencies, and the changes they generate.
Apple opens app action integration through App Intents. For developers in Spain, Siri AI availability on Mac and Vision Pro sits alongside its absence on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
A change merged into BCApps allows an interim approver to be configured while an expense report is Released, before submission for approval. Deployment to customers is unconfirmed.
BCApps adds placeholders that let test inputs reuse identifiers generated during setup. The change has been merged into the repository; the consulted sources do not establish availability in a shipped release.
A change merged into BCApps lets extensions modify consolidation filters before the standard request. Its usefulness depends on the fields and operators supported by the API.
Two fixes merged into the repository affect posting group changes after acquisition and document numbering for cancellations. Their value for financial review depends on configuration and the installed version.
A correction merged into BCApps aims to preserve historical balances when foreign-currency payments are unapplied. Period-end tests need to check each reporting date as well as the overall balance.
A correction merged into BCApps preserves ErrorInfo in two interactive error handlers. Effective navigation and availability in customer environments remain unconfirmed.
The change prevents certain cancellation-date calculations from shifting to month-end. Stored dates require recalculation, and delivery to customers has not been confirmed.
Checked on November 7, 2026. The main setup guide is dated November 3; that update does not establish the capability’s launch date. Sources disagree on supported languages and do not specify a minimum version for credit notes. Nexo has not tested the product.
Credit notes received as PDF email attachments do not require separate activation. The standard PAYABLES AG. – RUN permission set already includes permission to create purchase credit memos. Where permissions or profiles have been customized, Microsoft says to check that they allow access to these documents and the draft’s application fields. This is documented in the setup guide.
For invoices, matching warnings represent Business Central checks on quantities, receipts, units or prices. They are not AI confidence scores and do not initiate an approval workflow by themselves.

What to review before finalizing a credit memo
Business Central suggests an invoice when it finds exactly one open posted invoice for the pay-to vendor that matches the reference in an applicable currency. Distinguish Applies-to Vendor Inv. No., the vendor’s reference, from Applies-to Doc. No., the document selected for application. Multiple matches require manual selection. Application rules.
The supervisor can correct the reference or selection; the agent does not change these fields. Without a selected invoice, the credit memo remains unapplied when posted, even with Apply to Oldest. Finalization creates an unposted credit memo that must be reviewed before posting. Credit-note review.
Availability: country, language and version
Microsoft places Copilot and agents in Business Central online. The version 27.1 release notes already listed Payables Agent as generally available; they do not establish the minimum version for the credit-note processing now described.
The availability table lists all countries and regions and includes Spanish for Spain and Mexico. However, the agent overview still states that validation and support are English-only. The sources are inconsistent on this point.
This article therefore does not confirm Spanish-language credit-note processing for a particular environment. The FAQ also makes some deployments conditional on allowing data movement across geographies.
Operational limits
Microsoft limits PDFs to 10 pages and 5 MB, and skips emails with more than 10 attachments. It publishes daily limits of 100 emails and 500 invoices, without specifying a separate credit-note quota. Supervisor confirmation is distinct from a Business Central approval workflow. Limits and oversight.
Using the agent consumes Copilot Credits and can incur charges. Agent billing.
Synthetic example
A fictional vendor sends a €1,000 invoice linked to a purchase order and, after it is posted, a €100 credit note referencing it. For the invoice, the reviewer would check order lines and receipts. For the credit note, the reviewer would check the selected open invoice and proposed application. These figures illustrate two different reviews; they represent neither a Nexo test nor a guaranteed automatic outcome.
Nexo’s interpretation
The practical implication is to review permissions alongside supervisor responsibilities. A customized implementation should include test cases for credit notes with missing references, ambiguous references and a different currency. This is an editorial recommendation for test preparation: success with an invoice does not, by itself, demonstrate that credit-note processing has been validated.
